Application for Registration for the 2012/2013 school year begins February 6th!

   The following classes will not be available for the 2012/13 school year:  VPK 3 days and EC2 Monday/Wednesday class.

Registration Application Procedures

Applications for registration for the 2012/2013 school year will be accepted until all spaces have been filled.

All returning and new students will need to apply within the specified application period in order to be considered for enrollment for the next school year.

A $25 application fee will need to be paid with the application. Once a child is accepted into a class the parent will be notified and will need to pay tuition deposit.

Applications will be reviewed and given priority based on established criteria listed below.
  1. Staff Child
  2. Returning student in good standing*
  3. Sibling of returning or current student in good standing*
  4. Sibling of former students
  5. New student of supporting parish member
  6. New student of another Catholic parish
  7. New student from the community

If returning student or sibling, attendance record at school and parent participation in school

activities will be considered.

Parents will be advised of their acceptance via the telephone and will have 2 days to bring a non- refundable deposit to the office to confirm commitment for the space in the class. The director will review all applications and assign class based priority status and 1st and 2nd choices. Once classes are filled, applicants will be placed on a wait list and parents will be notified of their status by mail.

VPK students will need to pay one month's tuition fee. Fee will be reimbursed once certificate of eligibility is presented to the director and enrollment is completed.   The fee will not be refunded if parent chooses not to enroll or does not complete enrollment process on a timely basis.
